Terms & Conditions - Cleaning
1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with us, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions. All services are delivered based on the selected package, defined scope, and property size limits.
Each service includes a set time allowance and checklist of included tasks.
2. Service Scope
Only tasks explicitly listed within the chosen service are included in the price.
Any additional work requested or identified during the service will be:
Assessed on arrival or during service
Quoted separately
Only carried out with client approval
3. On-Site Assessment
An on-site assessment (approximately 5–15 minutes) is carried out at the start of each appointment to confirm:
Property size and condition
Alignment with booked service
Any additional time or requirements
If additional time is required due to property condition, this will be charged at £20 per 30 minutes and must be approved before work continues.
4. Property Size Limits
Each service is designed for standard property sizes:
Quick Reset Clean: up to 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom
Deep Clean: up to 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
End of Tenancy Clean: up to 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms
Properties exceeding these limits may require re-quotation or additional time charges.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking for standard services
Airbnb / serviced accommodation cleans are quoted separately
Additional time charges (if approved) are billed in addition to the original booking
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in advance of the scheduled appointment
Services already started are non-refundable
If the client declines additional time and chooses to proceed within the original booking scope, no refund will be issued for unused time
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to ensure:
Property access at the agreed time
Running water and electricity are available
Excessive clutter is removed to allow access to cleaning areas
Appliances (where required) are defrosted prior to service (End of Tenancy cleans)
Delays caused by lack of access or preparation may result in additional charges.
8. Exclusions
The following are not included unless agreed in advance:
Heavy clutter removal or organising
Waste disposal
Biohazard or hazardous cleaning
Exterior cleaning (gardens, external windows)
Moving heavy furniture
9. Service Completion
A final walkthrough may be conducted where applicable. Completion of service is deemed acceptance of work carried out unless issues are raised during the visit.
10. Liability
We take all reasonable care while working in your property. However, we are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Items not disclosed or secured
Wear and tear of aged materials
We are fully insured for public liability.
11. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once:
The service is selected
Payment is made (where applicable)
The appointment is scheduled
12. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to adjust service time or scope upon assessment if the property condition differs significantly from standard expectations.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Service Scope & Time Allowance
Each service is provided based on a defined scope, property size limit, and estimated time allowance as outlined in the service description.
Upon arrival, a brief on-site assessment is carried out (approximately 5–15 minutes) to confirm property condition, access, and alignment with the booked service.
If the property condition exceeds standard expectations (including heavy build-up, clutter, or additional detailing requirements), the client will be informed before work begins.
Additional time required will be charged at £20 per 30 minutes.
No additional work will be carried out without the client’s approval.
If the client chooses not to proceed with additional time:
The service will be delivered strictly within the original booked time and scope
Any unused potential service time is not transferable or refundable
The service fee remains payable for the booked appointment

All services are delivered based on the agreed package. If the property condition requires more time than booked and the client declines additional time, the service will be completed to the maximum standard possible within the original booking duration.
